***Please Note, opened or used breast pumps and breast pumping accessories cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Each breast pump manufacturer has its own warranty policies. Good Life® will work with each customer to the best of our ability for all warranty situations. Please contact our Customer Care Department with any questions on returns or warranties. Our toll-free number is 1-800-657-8214.

Orders shipped by Good Life Inc. but refused by the customer will be charged a $10 fee.

Good Life® 45 Day Money Back Guarantee

All Good Life products (except those marked as "All Sales Final") are backed by our exclusive 45 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 45 days of receiving it, you may return it for a refund of the product price after obtaining an RMA Number from our Customer Care Center. For more details, please see the Return Instructions below.

Your 45 Day Guarantee starts the day you receive your order and ends on the 45th day from that date. Simply obtaining an RMA number within the 45 days does not ensure a refund; your return shipment must be postmarked by the 45th day in order to be eligible. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Good Life Inc. Returned products must be in usable condition. Damaged products will not receive a refund.

Ameda® Manufacturer's Warranty

Ameda products carry a one year warranty on pumps and 90-day warranty on component parts.

Medela® Manufacturer's Warranty

All Medela products come with some type of warranty. Many of Medela products are personal care items and cannot be returned once opened. If the product is defective, Medela will stand behind it by replacing any defective portion or repair the item. We cannot guarantee success or the amount of milk production using any of our products. We do not offer refunds, but we can troubleshoot to see if there is a problem with the product.

Medela does not offer extended warranties. Medela will service Capital equipment after the warranty expires at an additional charge. PowerPaks are not serviceable. Some stores sell a buyer protection plan that has nothing to do with Medela. You should refer back to the store or seller who sold you the extended warranty for more information.

Return Instructions

To begin the return process, call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-657-8214 (US) or 1-541-245-4488 (Outside the US) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. We recommend you add tracking and insurance to your package when returning it to us. This will allow you to track the progress of your returned item, guarantee that we have received it, and protect you in the case your package gets lost by your shipping carrier. Good Life Inc. cannot be held responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier.

Once we received your return, please allow us 5 business days to process your exchange or refund. We will issue you a refund back to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. We do not refund initial or return shipping costs.  A confirmation email of the exchange or refund is sent if we have your email address on file.
